Leads and manages all high- level operational aspects of Stoneacre Academy training school within Stoneacre Motor Group. Over 24 years’ experience with the FE skills sector along with senior management.

Responsible for managing the Academy, all employees, regulated bodies, recruitment of apprentices, stakeholders, ESFA, Ofsted, and governance. Maintaining a strategic-management process through evaluation, analysing, control, measuring performance and implementation. Implement rigorous process and policies to consistently strive to maintain ‘Outstanding’.

Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring a safe learning environment and Mental Health First Aider.

Apprenticeship Ambassador.
