Stoneacre Motor Group is celebrating after one of its team members took home a coveted accolade in a national awards ceremony.
Gavin Brown, who is part of the team at Stoneacre Newcastle, on Scotswood Road, is the first to receive the Head of Business award by Volvo Car UK after the category was added to the brand’s Volvo Champions Awards this year.
Gavin received the award for consistently surpassing all targets at Stoneacre Newcastle and was applauded for his commitment to ensuring an informative and premium experience for all customers. This focus on customer service and satisfaction has enabled the retailer to build a sterling local reputation despite a turbulent economic period.
Gavin was also praised for being dedicated to delivering the highest standards for the Volvo brand across the United Kingdom.
Gavin said: “I’m honoured to receive this individual award, but it really is a testament to our team at Newcastle that have really delivered this year as always, and I am in no doubt we can go one better and win the Dealership award in 2025.”
