Stoneacre Branches Achieve Top Countrywide Reputation Score

Stoneacre is thrilled to announce that two of our Stoneacre branches, Renault Chesterfield and Renault Rotherham, have achieved the highest Reputation Scores in the country!

The Reputation Score is a 1000-point scale which takes into account important online areas such as visibility and engagement. With a score of 910 and 907 respectively, these two branches have outperformed their competitors and demonstrated their commitment to providing excellent service and quality products.

Out of 137 Renault dealerships, Renault Chesterfield and Renault Rotherham achieved the top two places in the country for their Reputation Score.

Reputation Assessment

The Reputation platform turns feedback from reviews, likes, listings, comments, and clicks into one easy-to-use solution.

To calculate the Reputation Score, the business’s performance across a variety of important online areas such as visibility, engagement and sentiment is assessed. The higher the Score, the greater the likelihood the business will stand out on search engines, results and on review sites.

The Score is calculated on a 1000-point scale, with 1000 being the highest possible rating on the scale, and 100 being the lowest.

Branch Wins

The industry average from Reputation is 623, however, the two Stoneacre Renault branches exceeded the typical math.

Renault Chesterfield finished first with a score of 910, and Renault Rotherham scored 907 – the only two branches in the country to achieve above 900 from Reputation and within Stoneacre. Also, Renault Chesterfield was named 1st in the country from September 2022 to December 2022 for Renault’s Customer Survey “Voice of Customer”.
