Geordie Shore’s Nathan Henry Gets Brand New Wheels from Stoneacre

Our Middlesbrough branch was recently visited by TV personality Nathan Henry who was looking to purchase his very first car. Nathan joined the hit MTV show Geordie Shore back in 2015 and has been a regular cast member since series 10.  

Nathan has recently taken part in E4’s All-Star Driving School alongside former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattinson. Like his fellow All-Star Driving School contestants, Nathan learnt to drive in the smart city-loving Suzuki Ignis. While he failed to pass his test on the programme following a week of driving tuition he did manage to pass his test on 4th October 2018. 

Nathan was keen to purchase a car as soon as possible, which is where former cast member of Geordie Shore and now Stoneacre employee Eve comes in. She had been discussing with Nathan the kind of car he’d like and it was clear he was a fan of Suzuki after learning to drive in one. He also wanted a small vehicle that was easy to manoeuvre. 

In the showroom, Nathan was up to his usual antics causing mischief. He certainly made everyone in the showroom jump including himself when he pressed the horn of one of the cars thinking it wouldn’t make a noise. 

Nathan was a hoot to take on test drives too. He gave a running commentary of his journey, just like a driving instructor would. He took both the Suzuki Vitara and the Suzuki Swift for a spin but decided the Swift was the best fit for him; finally deciding upon a stylish grey Suzuki Swift SZ5.

It’s fair to say the whole Middlesbrough team couldn’t wait for Nathan to pop back and collect his vehicle on the 10th October. They’d got the car especially stickered up with ‘@nathanhgshore’s Suzuki Swift with love Stoneacre’, attached Pass plates and covered the car with a special Suzuki cover ready for the big reveal. Nathan was over the moon and enjoyed being festooned with party poppers as he unveiled his new motor. Stoneacre Middlesbrough had even managed to get Nathan’s insurance all sorted for him so he could drive it away. 

Nathan was all prepared for picking his car up as he had already created a car playlist. He’d also made the decision to call the car Taylor, yes, as in Taylor Swift! However, there was one thing he was not looking forward to and that’s the wipers which apparently scare him. With winter approaching we’re confident he’ll get the hang of having his wipers on pretty soon.
